The game type featured in the video is domination, its a game type where each team has to hold a point for as long as they can; whoever holds the points the longest wins. At HSP most of the time all the games are force on force with 2 games of the day dedicated to scenarios. During this day the 2 scenarios were domination and defend the tower. I've been going to this field for 2 years now since this is the closest airsoft field for me.
